🔹 Refundable Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 per bike is required. The amount will be refunded at the end of the trip if there is no damage to the bike or gear.

📸 Bike Condition Proof:
We strongly recommend that riders take clear photos and a 360° video of the bike before starting the ride to record its condition.

⚠️ Damage Responsibility:
Any damage to the bike, riding gear, or third-party property during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the traveler, and the cost must be paid accordingly.

🚚 Towing / Transportation Charges:
If the bike needs to be towed or transported due to a fall, accident, or breakdown caused during the ride, the entire cost will be borne by the traveler.

💳 Booking Policy:
The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

🌍 International Traveler Charges:
An additional ₹8,000 charge applies for international travelers.

🎟️ Discount Policy:
All discounts are subject to slot availability and may vary depending on tour occupancy.

🏍️ Bike & Riding Gear Condition:
Bikes, helmets, jackets, and riding gear may not be brand new, as they are used across multiple tours and maintained regularly.

👕 Riding Gear Sizes:
Standard riding gear sizes are available. Plus sizes or smaller sizes may have limited availability.

🪪 ID Proof Requirement:
All travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID proof during the trip.

🪪 Driving License:
A valid driving license for a motorcycle with gear is mandatory for all riders.

🌦️ Itinerary Flexibility:
The itinerary may change due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
• Weather conditions
• Government regulations
• Local authority or biker union rules
• Political disturbances
• Health issues
• Flight delays or cancellations

Any additional costs arising due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.
